[the report is available in Slovak language only]
Our report “Trends in Employee Engagement and Satisfaction 2016 – Slovakia” explains what the engagement is and how we measure it. After introducing the current global trends, we continue by presenting the engagement in Slovakia, which has again exhibited a downward trend and dropped to 49% in 2016. Apart from the engagement, the report also looks to employees‘ satisfaction with areas of their worklife– in comparison to the last year, the employees in Slovakia are less satisfied with, for instance, the employer brand or the area of education and development.
These data have been collected in Slovak companies. In 2016, the twelfth year of the study Aon Best Employers counted 46 companies from different sectors. The biggest participating company invited to the survey 4800 employees, the smallest one 50. Out of 46 participants, the Best Employer title has been granted to four small and medium sized companies – AbbVie, Adastra, Hilti and Imperial Tobacco (alphabetically ordered). Swiss Re Slovakia won the award, as the only one, in the category of large companies. The differences between the results of Aon Best Employers and other companies are significant in all indexes observed. The average difference between them was more than 30% in 2016.
The report also includes HR trends in Slovak companies. We found out that the majority of companies plan to focus on building a talent pool, on employees‘ engagement and leadership development. What do you plan to focus on in your company?
